Vendor Setup:

• Setup begins at 2 PM, gates close for setup at 3:45 PM. No refunds for late arrivals or cancellations.
• All vendors must stay until the event ends at 8:30 PM – no early tear-downs.

Requirements:

• Food vendors: Provide your own electricity.
• All other vendors: Bring a 10x10 tent, LED Christmas lights, extension cord, power strip, and any necessary tables. Make your booth as festive as possible to match the holiday spirit!
